How the Coffee Catering Service Ran
We served a crowd of 30 to 50 guests over a 2.5 hour window — a realistic snapshot of what a private party or office celebration of that size looks like with one cart and a barista pulling drinks to order.
The cart arrived ahead of the window for setup, poured continuously through the event, and broke down cleanly afterward. Guests built their drinks from the same five-step menu we use for every booking: vessel, base, milk, sweetener, and cream top.
If your event is a similar size, this is close to the format we'd recommend — with the menu tailored to your theme.
